Meet Our Pastors

Lead Pastors Phil and Melanie Roberts

Pastor Phil and Pastor Melanie have been marrried since 2002 and live together with their two children, in the San Fernando Valley. Pastor Phil is a graduate of Vanguard University of Southern California, and has been ministering for over 20 years. Pastor Melanie is a graduate of Life Bible College in Folkstone, England and has been ministering for over fifteen years. Pastors Phil and Melanie have a strong burden and calling to the people of the San Fernando Valley as well as the greater City of Los Angeles. They are extrememly passionate about fulfilling the great comission, biblical community, creative arts, and leadership development. God has called them to pastor a thriving, multi-ethnic, multi-generational, and multi-site church. Melanie is a talented worship leader, song writter, recording artist, administrator, graphic designer, and mentor. In addition to this, Pastor Phil is an active hip hop artist, music producer, guest speaker, worship leader, mentor and FM radio personality. The Lord has and continues to open many doors for Pastors Phil and Melanie to minister together through music, speaking and media, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Youth Pastors Jeff and Brigette Bush

Pastor Jeff Bush and his lovely wife Brigette have been married since 2006. They live in the San Fernando Valley with their 4 sons. Pastor Jeff has a degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and is an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God. Having grown up in the San Fernando Valley, he has a deep connection and passion for the people of Los Angeles. Since 2006 he has been one of NCLA’s key leaders in student ministries and has been involved in many others ministries including the worship team since 2003. He currently serves on staff as youth pastor, and worship leader. Pastor Jeff and Brigette have a deep desire to connect with people and an even deeper desire to help them connect with God. They love watching God transform the lives of those who seek Him.
